As raw material and gas cost rises , it has been the most tough period for biscuit plants.
Most of our biscuit factories are in half production even for esteemed companies. They give up biscuit pile pack packing and go for biscuit on edge packing machine just because of packing material saving.
Even for sandwiched biscuits, they also choose biscuit on edge packing machine. Here we would like to suggest use 5 piles of biscuits into a bag to replace biscuit on edge, that is 5*2 into a bag, i.e. 10 pcs into bag. The reasons described below.
- Sandwiching machine automatically connected to on edge packing machine costs much higher.
- Sandwiching machine not auto connected to on edge packing machine costs much also. It takes more workers to feed biscuits and it is absolutely troublesome to feed the sandwiched biscuits. Definitely more wastage.
- Double lane biscuit sandwiching machine connected to packing machine is low is price, work more efficiently. Just 3 workers on this machine are enough.
