For most developed countries, biscuits at 2-3 piles into a bag is preferred. It saves packing film to cut the cost.
The easiest way to accomplish piles pack is to make the pusher with weight. For example, normal pusher+ pusher with weight+ normal pusher…. The shortcoming of this design is user has to change the chain and the pitch sprocket. It takes 15 minutes at least.
While our pile machine can solve all the problem. Operator only needs to click the wanted quantity and adjust the biscuit position via touch screen. The job is done.
