Biscuit packing machines-1 biscuit on edge packing machine
There are mainly 3 types of machines for biscuits packing.
biscuit on edge packing machine,also called slug pack packing machine,multi pack packing machine or biscuits without -tray packing machine.
Our standard biscuit on edge packing machine FTZ360 consists of 3 sections, firstly L conveyor, then feeding conveyor and packing machine.
L conveyor is mainly made across the biscuit production line. As we know,biscuits are already collated on edge on the cooling conveyor.Here it is easier for worker to pick the biscuits.But it still takes 2-3 workers to load biscuits here.
Then the biscuits are transferred to feeding conveyor by mechanic hand.It changes the biscuits motion direciton. Here biscuits come straight to bag former of packing machine. Please note this bag former is not adjustable,which is better for biscuit moving agaist falling down.
After bag former,finger claws mounted onto timing belt agaist packing film and products effectivily prevent biscuits displaced.
To save labor cost,we suggest Biscuit on edge wrapping machine FT360S
FT360S with 2 feeder cross biscuit prodution line can cut one person at least.
Meanwhile,we can produce automatic packing conveyor to this on edge packing machine,it is the best way to reduce labor cost but packing line costs more to some extent.
